Clearing Your Browser Cache
Often times when we update your website, the changes may not show up on your website. The reason is, because the web browser you used to view web pages is loading a previous page (or image) that was cached on your pc... meaning... is that the last time you visited the web page it saved a copy on your pc. So, what you have to do is clear your browser cache. There are two ways to do this; 1) Go into your web browsers setting and clear the cache; 2) Press "CTRL" and "F5" (at the same time) on your keyboard several times. This should clear your browser cache. If you still don't see the changes, contact us.
"Print Screen" Is Your Friend
Often times we may send you a PDF that has a logo or some artwork in it. If you are wanting a JPG or PNG image from that PDF, and you don't have Adobe Acrobat (allows editing of pdf), then you can use the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. By pressing the "Print Screen" button, it copies everything on the screen to the clipboard of your pc. Then all you have to do is open Windows Paint (or any image editor) and crop the image to what you want, then save it. Another trick is to zoom in/out of the PDF to get the size you want for your image. This method is really a neat function that not everyone is aware of.
